Replacement or refund is possible only for any defective items. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your product must be in original packaging.
The returned merchandise should be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Once we receive the product, will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of your refund status after inspecting the product.
It is advised that the returned orders should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods-in-transit.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt of the product by Sunshine Boulevard, provided goods are received in acceptable condition. Any products which have been damaged or modified by the customer will not be accepted for return.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the amount within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt of the product by Sunshine Boulevard, provided goods are received in acceptable condition.
SALE & clearance items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Any item/order under Rs.5000, if you want to cancel the order, if it is not shipped from our warehouse, we levy Rs.500 as Cancellation charges. If item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled unless the item is damaged or defective. (Check our return policy for details)
Cancellations can be made within 1 day, from the date of purchase.
For Customized Orders - Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are made to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.
Once the product is delivered to you, we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests. We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery.
